Cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were extremely friendly. Easy access to convenience store and restaurant.
Price of the room was a little high but the rooms were nice. The only thing I would have liked is softer pillows. For such a nice hotel, the pillows were uncomfortable and too firm.
The cover to the drain overflow was missing, something was spiky on the wall near the bed and there was a pretty good leak by the bathroom sink. We notified staff and left a voicemail for the manager. However to date they have failed to reach out to us regarding this.
it's location was easy to find and the staff was friendly
bathroom could use some maintenence on walls--had a few cracks in the tile
Whenever I need a help or I have concern the receptionist would not be able to help at all and would refer me to other staff (Patsy) like she is the only hotel staff who is aware about the policy and the only decision maker! Also I noticed the hotel would rent the two bedroom to more than 4persons
I was not very impressed with this hotel. The only reason we stayed here is because it was the only hotel available at the short notice that we had.
Not very clean feeling. Tub was rusty and room was not very clean!
The water pressure in the showers felt great. The breakfast was good for continential style. The Mexican restaurant on site was very good.
I have never stayed in a place where so many things did not work. We stayed in a king room with a sleeper sofa. Upon arrival, the lights on the wall did not work. ONe of he olights was missing a screw to hold it on the wall and it was leaning off the wall. The telephone was flashing a red light so I picked up the phone to call the front desk, only to discover that the cradel where the handset laid was covered in a greasy film and had dirt in the creaves. I notified the front desk of the flashing phone and the lights not working. They sent maintence right away. The lights had been unplugged. The maintence man could not get the phone to stop blinking. He took the phone and said he would bring us another phone, but returned shortly with the same phone and suggested that we unplug it. The sofa was only a love seat and could one accommodate one person. When we unrolled the sofa bed, there was a large rust stain on the mattress where it appeared that the bar had rubbed on the mattress and there was dirt on the mattress. The next morning when we went to shower, the floor in the bathroom was not clean and the tub had stains on it. I complained to the front desk and requested a different room for the night. When we returned to the hotel that eveing, we had been moved to another room. However, the condition of the new room wasn't much better. There was a hole in the wall that looked like there had been a thermostat at one time, which they tried to cover with a metal plate, but it didn't cover the hole. It looked like a big rat hole in the wall. The tub was again stained with yellow spots and the sink drain would only work if you held the knob down. The hotel was rated as a three star, but I would have to say I have stayed in some two star hotels that were much cleaner and more updated. What a disappointment for the price that we paid. I would not recommend this hotel.
Great price and location, free parking and comfortable room.
Good value . Pleasant attractive rooms. Ease of access to downtown. Friendly staff.
Difficulty accessing from interstate routes.
It was chosen for the location.
Had a room in the back of the complex. Did not feel it was particularly secure.
Conviently located to downlown and many of Louisville's wonderful parks.
